The latest on Microsoft CRM

There's been a lot of talk about Microsoft CRM lately, with the
release of Dynamics CRM 4.0 at the end of last year and CRM Live, its
Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, expected in June.

In case you missed the recent Microsoft Convergence event in Orlando,
we've gathered all the highlights from the show, along with other

In his keynote address at Convergence, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer
stressed the company's commitment to enterprise applications and CRM.
Ballmer said Microsoft CRM's customizability, flexibility and price
give them an advantage over CRM competitors.

In addition, new features in Dynamics 4.0 are proving helpful to
Microsoft partners who sell the software, allowing them to reach a
larger customer base with a more versatile offering. Microsoft's
multi-tenant architecture and improved integration with other
Microsoft software and third-party applications are added benefits.
